  • Typically, the elevator is out of operation for about one week*. The work is carefully planned to minimise disruption and ensure a fast, predictable return to service.

  • There will be a short, planned downtime, but the process is designed to minimise disruption as much as possible. Compared to longer renovation projects or unexpected breakdowns, the impact is significantly lower.

  • You gain a more reliable, connected, and future-ready elevator with fewer breakdowns and less downtime, early detection of potential issues, fewer faults and entrapments over time. KONE MonoSpace® Upgrade DX

*Terms & Conditions: The KONE MonoSpace® One Week Upgrade is designed for eligible KONE MonoSpace lifts serving buildings of up to seven (7) stops. The seven (7) day installation period refers to seven consecutive calendar days commencing from the first day KONE personnel begin works on site. The one-week delivery timeframe is based on a defined scope comprising upgrades to the controller, drive system, electrification system, signalisation, and digital enablement/connectivity platform. Achievement of the installation timeframe is subject to equipment suitability, site readiness, unrestricted access to the lift and work areas, and the provision of adequate on-site storage space for materials and equipment throughout the installation period. Any additional works, unforeseen site conditions, access restrictions, or scope changes may affect the installation duration and will be assessed separately by KONE.
